A delicious and healthy salmon salad served in toasted croissants, perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner.
Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400℉. Season salmon with salt and pepper, then bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Cool slightly, then shred with forks.
Mix Greek yogurt, dijon mustard, grated garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
Combine shredded salmon, diced red onion, red pepper, celery, dill, and dressing in a bowl.
Spread about 1/4 cup of the salmon salad on each toasted croissant half, then top with the remaining half.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh dill and high-quality salmon.
