A delicious and healthy smoothie perfect for a quick breakfast or snack, combining fresh strawberries and bananas with creamy yogurt.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 piece ripe banana, peeled and sliced

Dairy & Liquids

  • 1 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

Sweetener & Optional

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture) Ice cubes (for a thicker smoothie)

Instructions 

  • Wash and hull the strawberries, peel and slice the banana.
  • Combine strawberries, banana, yogurt, milk, and honey (if using) in a blender.
  • Add ice cubes if desired for a thicker texture.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately, garnished with fruit slices if desired.

Notes

Use frozen berries or add ice for a colder, thicker smoothie.
