Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; beat egg and add wet ingredients. Combine wet and dry until smooth.
Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full and bake for 18–20 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
Beat cream cheese and butter, add powdered sugar and vanilla to make frosting.
Frost cooled cupcakes and garnish as desired.
