Ingredients

Cake Mix

  • 1 package Duncan Heines Cake Mix
  • 1 tsp lemon extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water

Cupcake Liners

  • 24 liners cupcake liners

Fruits

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries (thawed and drained)

Frosting

  • 6 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup butter (room temperature)
  • 1 lemon lemon (for garnish)
  • 1 small pkg raspberries (for garnish)
  • 8 straws cut into 3 pieces

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉. Line cupcake tins with liners.
  • Mix cake mix, lemon extract, eggs, water, and oil until smooth.
  • Divide batter into liners and bake for 15-18 minutes. Let cool completely.

Notes

For best results, use fresh raspberries for garnish and ensure cupcakes are fully cooled before frosting.
