Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
Melt the butter and mix with sugar until well combined.
Add eggs and vanilla essence, mixing until smooth.
In a separate bowl, combine cocoa powder, gluten-free flour mix, xanthan gum, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, then fold in chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes.
Notes
For extra fudginess, do not overbake the brownies.
