A refreshing and simple dessert combining ripe mangoes, tapioca pearls, coconut milk, and condensed milk for a delightful treat.

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 2 pieces Fresh ripe mangos (peeled, de-pitted, sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Small tapioca pearls
  • 1/2 cup Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Whole fat coconut milk
  • Optional Fresh mint leaves (optional garnish)

Instructions 

  • Boil water, add tapioca pearls, and cook for 10 minutes. Rest covered for 10-15 minutes.
  • Strain and rinse tapioca, then transfer to a bowl. Mix with coconut milk and set aside.
  • Blend peeled mangoes with condensed milk until smooth.
  • Dice the remaining mango into 1-cm cubes and set aside.
  • Divide mango puree into bowls, top with coconut sago, add mango cubes, and garnish with mint. Serve cold.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a few mint leaves on top before serving.
