A refreshing and simple dessert combining ripe mangoes, tapioca pearls, coconut milk, and condensed milk for a delightful treat.

Fresh ripe mangos
(peeled, de-pitted, sliced)

Whole fat coconut milk

Fresh mint leaves (optional garnish)
Instructions
Boil water, add tapioca pearls, and cook for 10 minutes. Rest covered for 10-15 minutes.
Strain and rinse tapioca, then transfer to a bowl. Mix with coconut milk and set aside.
Blend peeled mangoes with condensed milk until smooth.
Dice the remaining mango into 1-cm cubes and set aside.
Divide mango puree into bowls, top with coconut sago, add mango cubes, and garnish with mint. Serve cold.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a few mint leaves on top before serving.
