Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare muffin pan.
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another, then combine.
Fill muffin cups halfway, add cream cheese mixture, then top with remaining batter.
Cover with pecan topping and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Bake for about 35 minutes, then cool before serving.
Notes
