Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients. Beat butter and sugars until fluffy, then add pumpkin, egg, and vanilla. Combine with dry ingredients.
Scoop dough onto baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake for 13-15 minutes until edges are set.
Cool cookies, then beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add vanilla and powdered sugar, mix until combined.
Frost cooled cookies with cream cheese frosting and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve.
Notes
Chill the frosting slightly before applying for easier spreading.
