Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1.33 cup all-purpose flour (sifted)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 pinch salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 0.33 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 1.33 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.25 cup whole milk
  • 1.5 cup chocolate chip morsels

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line muffin tin.
  • Sift together dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl.
  • Fold dry into wet ingredients, then mix in chocolate chips.
  • Scoop batter into muffin tins, filling 2/3 full.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
