Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

Cream Cheese Swirl

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
  • Prepare cream cheese mixture and pour bread batter into prepared pan.
  • Drop cream cheese mixture in dollops, swirl, and bake for 60-65 minutes.
