Instructions
Saute cabbage and chillies in butter for 1 minute.
Add capsicum and cook briefly, then mix in oregano, chili flakes, pasta seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Stir in mashed potatoes and mayonnaise until well combined.
Spoon filling onto bread slices, assemble sandwiches, and cook in butter until golden on both sides.
Serve hot with optional sides.
Notes
You can customize the spice level by adjusting chili flakes and chillies.
