A delicious and easy-to-make sandwich filled with mashed potatoes, vegetables, and mayonnaise, perfect for a quick snack or meal.

Ingredients

Butter

  • 2 tbsp Butter (plus more for cooking)

Vegetables

  • 2 cups Cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 slice Capsicum (thinly sliced)
  • 2 pcs Green Chillies (chopped finely)

Main Ingredient

  • 2 pcs Potatoes (cooked, peeled, mashed)

Spices & Seasonings

  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Pasta Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Bread

  • as needed Bread Slices

Instructions 

  • Saute cabbage and chillies in butter for 1 minute.
  • Add capsicum and cook briefly, then mix in oregano, chili flakes, pasta seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in mashed potatoes and mayonnaise until well combined.
  • Spoon filling onto bread slices, assemble sandwiches, and cook in butter until golden on both sides.
  • Serve hot with optional sides.

Notes

You can customize the spice level by adjusting chili flakes and chillies.
