Ingredients

Bread

  • 4 piece 9 inch sub buns
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz pepperoni slices
  • 1 med green pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice buns, spread with pizza sauce, cheese, pepperoni, green peppers, and seasonings.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is browned.
  • Remove from oven, serve, and enjoy!

Notes
