A moist and tropical cake combining pineapple, coconut, and nuts for a delightful treat.
Ingredients

Pineapple and Coconut

crushed pineapple (drained; reserve juice)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch pan.
Mix cake and pudding, then add eggs, oil, and water; blend until smooth.
Fold in pineapple, coconut, and nuts if using.
Pour batter into pan; bake 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
While warm, poke holes and drizzle pineapple juice over the cake.
Cool completely before slicing; serve as is or garnish.
Notes
For extra flavor, top with additional shredded coconut or powdered sugar.
