Instructions
Heat sesame oil and neutral oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken pieces, cook until browned and cooked through, then remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté garlic and ginger, then add diced onion and frozen vegetables; cook until tender.
Push vegetables to the side, scramble eggs in the pan, then add cooked rice, soy sauces, and butter; stir-fry until well combined and heated through.
Return cooked chicken to the pan, mix well, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve hot.
Notes
Use day-old rice for best texture and flavor.
