Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with liners or grease.
Whisk dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Mix wet ingredients: melted butter, sour cream, eggs, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
Combine wet and dry, fold in peaches, then fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Top with crumble mixture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.
Notes
For best results, do not overmix the batter to keep muffins tender.
