A refreshing and nutritious smoothie combining the sweetness of peaches and blueberries with creamy yogurt and honey.

Ingredients

Liquid

  • 1 cup milk (or oat milk, cold)

Fruit

  • 1 piece fresh peach (about 200 grams)
  • 5 ounces fresh blueberries (about 140 grams)

Dairy

  • 1/2 cup Greek-style yogurt

Sweetener

  • 2 tablespoons honey

Flavoring

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Ice

  • 1 cup ice

Garnish

  • as desired fresh mint and additional fruit slices

Instructions 

  • Pour the milk into a blender.
  • Add chopped peach and blueberries to the blender.
  • Add yogurt, honey, vanilla, and ice, then blend until smooth.
  • Adjust flavors if needed, then serve immediately with garnishes.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use frozen fruit or add more ice.
