Instructions
Prepare pancake batter by mixing egg yolks with milk, then add flour and baking powder.
Whip egg whites until soft peaks form, then fold into batter gently.
Cook small pancakes on a heated non-stick pan until bubbles form, then flip and cook for 1 minute.
Thread two mini pancakes onto skewers, alternating with banana and strawberry slices.
