Enjoy these fun and delicious pancake skewers topped with fresh fruit and melted chocolate, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 170 g self-raising flour
  • 170 ml milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Fruits

  • 2 bananas bananas (sliced)
  • 250 g strawberries (sliced)

Chocolate

  • 100 g melted milk chocolate

Instructions 

  • Prepare pancake batter by mixing egg yolks with milk, then add flour and baking powder.
  • Whip egg whites until soft peaks form, then fold into batter gently.
  • Cook small pancakes on a heated non-stick pan until bubbles form, then flip and cook for 1 minute.
  • Thread two mini pancakes onto skewers, alternating with banana and strawberry slices.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate over the assembled skewers and serve immediately.

Notes

Use ripe bananas and fresh strawberries for best flavor.
