A delicious and hearty breakfast bake combining fluffy pancakes and savory sausage.
Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook sausage in a skillet until browned; drain fat.
Mix pancake mix, baking powder, cinnamon, milk, and eggs until combined.
Spread half the batter in a greased dish, layer with sausage, then pour remaining batter.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and set.
Cool slightly before slicing; serve warm with syrup or fruit.
Notes
