A delicious and easy overnight casserole that combines creamy cheese, fresh blueberries, and fluffy French bread.
Ingredients

softened cream cheese

powdered sugar

milk

vanilla extract, split

blueberries, divided

loaves
cubed french bread

cinnamon powder

ground nutmeg
Instructions
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and half the vanilla until smooth.
Layer half the bread cubes in a greased baking dish, spread the cream cheese mixture, and top with blueberries.
Add the remaining bread cubes and blueberries on top.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, and the remaining vanilla.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until golden.
Notes
For best results, let the casserole sit overnight to absorb flavors.
