This flavorful baked tilapia is quick to prepare and perfect for a healthy, delicious meal with fresh lemon, garlic, and herbs.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 fillets tilapia fillets (fresh or thawed)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, dill, or thyme, chopped

  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika or chili flakes (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat tilapia dry, then brush with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with garlic, herbs, salt, pepper, and optional paprika.
  • Place fillets in a greased baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky and opaque.
