Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook chicken until browned, then set aside.
Sauté shallots and garlic until softened.
Add chicken broth and lemon juice, scrape browned bits, then simmer with red pepper flakes. Return chicken and cook until done.
Stir in butter and heavy cream, simmer until slightly thickened, then return chicken and spoon sauce over.
