A quick and healthy one-pan meal combining turkey and fresh vegetables, perfect for a wholesome dinner.
Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with baking paper.
Slice turkey and potatoes, add to the pan. Add sliced bell peppers, onions, zucchini, mushrooms, and green onions.
Drizzle with oil, season with salt, pepper, mustard seeds, and add thyme. Mix well.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until turkey is golden.
Serve with yogurt garlic sauce.
