A hearty and easy one-pot meal combining savory ground beef with tender potatoes, perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients

Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a skillet with half the butter for 8-10 minutes, then set aside.
Sauté diced onion in the same skillet for 5 minutes, add garlic for 1 minute, then add potatoes and cook until golden.
Pour in water or broth, scrape flavorful bits, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Return beef to skillet, stir, and cook for 4 more minutes. Garnish before serving.
Notes
Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.
