12ozrotini pasta
114.5 oz candiced tomatoes
4½ cupwater
2tbspchili powder

1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
1 ½tspsalt
4ozcheddar cheese(shredded)
¼cupplain Greek yogurt
1small bunchcilantro(minced)
Instructions
Heat a large pot over medium heat, add oil, bell pepper, onion, garlic, and turkey. Cook until turkey is crumbly and vegetables are tender, about 6-8 minutes.
Add pasta, tomatoes, water, and spices. Bring to a boil, then simmer until pasta is cooked and water absorbed, about 15 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in cheese, yogurt, and half of cilantro until creamy. Garnish with remaining cilantro.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce or chili flakes.
