Instructions
Heat olive oil, cook beef until browned, then set aside.
Sauté onion and bell pepper, add garlic, then return beef to the pot.
Add Cajun seasoning, tomatoes, and broth; bring to a boil.
Add pasta, simmer covered for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in heavy cream, cook 2-3 minutes, then add Parmesan cheese. Garnish with parsley and serve.
