Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot, cook ground beef until browned, then remove excess fat.
Add onion, garlic, and bay leaves; cook until softened.
Stir in broth, tomatoes, tomato sauce, soy sauce, seasonings, and paprika; simmer for 15 minutes.
Add uncooked macaroni, cover, and cook until pasta is tender, about 15–25 minutes.
Remove bay leaves and serve hot.
Notes
For a richer flavor, let the goulash simmer longer before adding pasta.
