These quick and colorful veggie pizza bites are perfect for a healthy snack or appetizer, requiring no baking and minimal prep.

Ingredients

Base

  • 2 pieces Naan or Flat Bread (any flavor)
  • 1 tub onion & chive cream cheese (any flavor)
  • 0.5 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 0.5 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 2 green onions diced
  • 0.5 cup broccoli, diced
  • 0.75 cup shredded mild cheese

Instructions 

  • Lay naan or flatbread on a surface.
  • Spread cream cheese evenly over each piece.
  • Sprinkle diced veggies and press into cream cheese.
  • Top with shredded cheese and press lightly.
  • Cut into squares and serve immediately.
