Instructions
Crush Biscoff biscuits and mix with melted butter to form the crust. Press into the bottom of cups and chill.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, Biscoff spread, and vanilla; mix well.
Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
Spoon or pipe the filling over the crust in each cup. Chill for at least 2 hours.
Drizzle Biscoff spread on top and garnish with halved Biscoff cookies before serving.
