Ingredients

Meat and Fillings

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 can Rotel green chilis with diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup chopped green peppers
  • 0.5 cup diced onions
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • as needed crushed Doritos, nacho cheese flavored
  • 4 flour tortilla wraps flour tortilla wraps
  • shredded lettuce shredded lettuce

Instructions 

  • Cook and brown the ground beef in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
  • Add onions and green peppers; sauté for 4 minutes.
  • Stir in taco seasoning, Rotel, and nacho cheese sauce; mix well.
  • Spread cheese mixture on tortillas, add meat, sour cream, onions, peppers, and crushed Doritos; roll up.

Notes

For extra flavor, add your favorite toppings like salsa or jalapeños.
