Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt.

Gradually combine dry ingredients into wet mixture. Pour into pan.
Bake for 45–50 minutes. Cool before serving. Optional: drizzle with lemon glaze.
