A refreshing and fragrant lemonade infused with fresh mint and rose water, perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

Simple Syrup

  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2.5 cups water (divided)
  • 1 tablespoon rose water

Lemonade Base

  • 3 cups water (remaining water)
  • 1 cup lemon juice (about 5-6 lemons)
  • 1 ounce fresh mint

Instructions 

  • Make the simple syrup by boiling sugar and ½ cup water until thickened, then add rose water and cool.
  • Blend remaining water, lemon juice, and mint until smooth.
  • Combine the mint-lemon mixture with the simple syrup, stir well, and serve over ice with mint and lemon slices.

Notes

Adjust sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup to taste.
