Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

Dairy & Spreads

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Herbs & Seasonings

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Fats & Oils

  • 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil

Bread & Wraps

  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps flour tortillas or wraps

Instructions 

  • Heat butter or olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Mix shredded chicken with mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic butter, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  • Spread the chicken mixture on the center of each tortilla, top with cheese and optional fillings, then fold and roll tightly.
  • Place wraps seam-side down in a skillet or grill pan. Cook each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and cheese melts.

Notes

For extra crispiness, use an air fryer or oven to finish the wraps.
