Instructions
Heat butter or olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Mix shredded chicken with mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic butter, salt, pepper, and parsley.
Spread the chicken mixture on the center of each tortilla, top with cheese and optional fillings, then fold and roll tightly.
Place wraps seam-side down in a skillet or grill pan. Cook each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and cheese melts.
Notes
For extra crispiness, use an air fryer or oven to finish the wraps.
