Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper, dredge in flour.
Heat oil and melt butter; sear chicken until golden, then set aside.
Cook garlic in the same skillet, deglaze with chicken stock.
Add cream and Parmesan, simmer, then season with herbs and chili flakes.
Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, return chicken, garnish with basil and oregano.
