Ingredients

(fresh or frozen; cut, dice, or flash-freeze for extra chill)

(unflavored; swap with coconut milk kefir for vegan)

Instructions
Cut or use frozen mango cubes.
Add mango, kefir, honey, cayenne, cardamom, and ice to the blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust with more kefir, milk, or sweetener as desired.
Pour into glasses and garnish with a pinch of cardamom or mint leaves. Serve immediately.
Notes
