Instructions
Peel and dice the mangos, removing the pit.
Combine mango, Greek yogurt, milk, and honey in a blender.
Blend until smooth; add more milk if too thick.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or serve over ice.
Garnish with mango slices or a sprinkle of ground cardamom if desired.
Notes
For a thicker lassi, add more yogurt; for a thinner one, add more milk.
