A refreshing and creamy Indian-inspired mango yogurt drink perfect for hot days or as a delightful snack.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 pieces ripe mangos, peeled and diced (Remove pit)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey (Adjust to taste)
  • optional Ice (Optional)
  • optional Cardamom powder (Optional)
  • optional Mango slices (Optional garnish)
  • optional Ground cinnamon (Optional garnish)
  • optional Chopped pistachios (Optional garnish)

Instructions 

  • Peel and dice the mangos, removing the pit.
  • Combine mango, Greek yogurt, milk, and honey in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth; add more milk if too thick.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes or serve over ice.
  • Garnish with mango slices or a sprinkle of ground cardamom if desired.

Notes

For a thicker lassi, add more yogurt; for a thinner one, add more milk.
