Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss fries with olive oil and spices, then bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
Cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Add spices, tomato paste, and water; simmer until thickened.
Make cheese sauce by melting butter, whisking in flour, then gradually adding milk and cheese until smooth.
Arrange fries on a platter, top with beef, drizzle with cheese sauce, and garnish with tomatoes, jalapeños, green onions, sour cream, and cilantro.
Notes
For extra flavor, add your favorite hot sauce or extra jalapeños.
