Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce. Spread 2/3 of chips on the prepared sheet.
Layer with 2/3 of the chicken, tomatoes, black beans, corn, red onion, jalapeño, and cheese. Repeat with remaining chips and toppings, finishing with cheese and jalapeños.
Bake for 7-10 minutes until cheese melts. Serve hot.
