Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
Cut tortillas into smaller circles or squares, press into muffin cups, and bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, drain excess fat, add seasoning and water, simmer until thickened.
Fill tortilla cups with beef, top with cheese, and bake 5-7 minutes until cheese melts.
Cool slightly, then top with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and cilantro before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime or hot sauce.
