A healthy and flavorful casserole combining wild rice, turkey, vegetables, and cheese for a comforting meal.
Ingredients

cooked turkey (cubed or shredded)

Instructions
Cook the wild rice as per package instructions.
Preheat oven to 350F/175C. Saute onions and mushrooms in oil for 4-5 minutes.
Add garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper; cook for 1 minute. Stir in broth and thicken with slurry.
Combine cooked rice, turkey, peas, cheese, and sauce in a casserole dish. Bake covered for 15 minutes.
Notes
You can top with extra cheese in the last 5 minutes for added flavor.
