Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix in vanilla extract until evenly combined. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add dry mixture to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in oats.
