Ingredients

  • 4 fillets white fish fillets (like cod, tilapia, or halibut) (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter or olive oil (melted)
  • 1 large lemon (sliced into thin rounds, plus extra for juicing)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper (freshly cracked)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
