A flavorful and creamy lemon garlic chicken pasta perfect for a quick, satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 12 oz linguine or fettuccine pasta
  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 lemon zested and juiced
  • 1 2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook seasoned chicken until golden and cooked through, then remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté garlic in butter, then add chicken broth, lemon juice, and zest; simmer briefly.
  • Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, cook until slightly thickened, then add cooked chicken and parsley.
  • Combine the pasta with the sauce, toss well, and garnish with lemon slices and extra parsley before serving.

Notes

Adjust seasoning and lemon to taste for best flavor.
