Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook seasoned chicken until golden and cooked through, then remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté garlic in butter, then add chicken broth, lemon juice, and zest; simmer briefly.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, cook until slightly thickened, then add cooked chicken and parsley.
Combine the pasta with the sauce, toss well, and garnish with lemon slices and extra parsley before serving.
