Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out pastry and cut into four rectangles.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon zest until smooth.
Create borders on pastry, spread cream cheese mixture, and top with lemon curd.
Brush edges with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
Cool briefly and serve warm or at room temperature.
