A flavorful Lebanese dish combining tender squash with spiced ground beef, perfect served plain or over rice.

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onions and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, then add ground beef. Cook for 6-8 minutes until browned, breaking apart clumps.
Stir in spices, salt, and black pepper. Add squash and water; stir to combine.
Add tomato paste, bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 25-30 minutes until squash is tender.
Notes
You can serve this dish plain or over vermicelli rice for a complete meal.
