A quick and flavorful keto-friendly beef and broccoli stir-fry perfect for a low-carb diet.
Ingredients

Flat Iron steak (thinly sliced against the grain)
Vegetables

Broccoli (cut into small florets)

Coconut Oil

Toasted Sesame Oil
Condiments & Seasonings

Fish Sauce

Root ginger, peeled and grated
(do not use powdered ginger)

Instructions
Marinate sliced beef with coconut aminos, ginger, and garlic for 1 hour.
Drain beef, reserving marinade for stir-fry sauce.
Blanch broccoli for 2 minutes, then drain well.
Stir-fry beef in oil until browned, then remove from pan.
Stir-fry broccoli, add marinade, cook 2 minutes, then combine with beef and season with fish sauce and sesame oil.
Notes
Ensure to slice the beef very thin for quick cooking and better texture.
