Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and onion powder; sear for 5-7 minutes. Transfer to baking dish.
Sauté mushrooms in butter for 6-8 minutes until golden. Add garlic and thyme; cook 1 minute.
Pour broth and cream cheese into skillet; whisk until smooth. Add cream and simmer 2-3 minutes.
Pour sauce over chicken, sprinkle cheeses, and bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
