Ingredients

Chicken

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • 4 pieces skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar (or lime juice)
  • 2 tbsp green onions (chopped, for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (toasted, for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  • Toss chicken with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika; marinate 30 minutes.
  • Thread chicken onto skewers and grill 3–4 minutes per side until cooked.
  • Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, and vinegar to make sauce.
  • Brush skewers with sauce, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Ensure chicken is fully cooked and skewers are soaked if using wooden.
