Instructions
Preheat oven, prepare cake pan with butter and flour coating.
Beat egg yolks with sugar, then fold in sifted flour and melted butter.
Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form, gently fold into batter.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
Whip cream with sugar until soft peaks form, slice strawberries.
Assemble cake layers with strawberries and whipped cream, chill before serving.
Notes
Use fresh strawberries for best flavor and presentation.
