These fluffy, buttery dinner rolls infused with garlic and parsley are perfect for any meal or special occasion.

Instructions
Combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar; let sit until frothy, about 5 minutes.
Add egg, salt, and softened butter; mix well. Gradually add flour to form a soft dough.
Knead dough until smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes. Let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
Divide dough into 12 pieces; shape into balls and place in a greased baking dish. Let rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix garlic and parsley with melted salted butter.
Bake rolls for 15 minutes, then brush with garlic butter mixture and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
