Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a cake pan.
Boil the oranges for 1 hour, then blend until smooth.
Mix orange puree, ground almonds, sugar, eggs, baking powder, salt, and olive oil until well combined.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool, then dust with powdered sugar if desired.
